We take a responsible approach to the protection of your personal data and fully guarantee your right to information. When processing personal data, we are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Act 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain regulations. Rights od the data subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No.18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC:

– We solemnly declare that when selecting individual intermediaries, we pay attention to their professional, technical, organisational and personnel competence and their ability to guarantee the security of the personal data processed by the security measures taken in accordance with the applicable legislative requirements,
– the respective processors are, in accordance with Article 34 of the Personal Data Protection Act, authorised in writing to process the personal data of the data subjects to the extent, under the conditions and for the purpose agreed contractually and in the manner provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act.

Retention period for personal data of data subjects

The retention period of personal data is determined according to the purpose of the processing of personal data and according to the requirements of specific regulations. Personal data whose processing purpose and retention period have expired will be irretrievably destroyed.
